Verification log
A price without a date is a guess. So here is every check, with its date, the pharmacy, the dose and the method. If a number is old, you can see that it is old.
This log is overdue. The last check was 22 September 2026. Verification slipped while the clinic was being set up. Basal opened to patients in November 2026 and the next check is due. We would rather show you a stale date than quietly restamp a fresh one. From our first patient, the first of the month is a commitment.

Pharmacy prices are the cash price quoted at the counter for the stated quantity, with no insurance applied and no membership required. Clinic prices are the all-in price published on that clinic's own website on the date shown. Where a figure is derived rather than quoted — a two-pen month calculated from a one-pen price — the method column says so.
Drug prices in Ontario move. Generic semaglutide arrived in 2026 and the cash price of the pen fell sharply, while most clinic prices did not. Any page quoting a GLP-1 price without saying when it was checked is quoting a number that may be a year old. The date is the only part of a price claim that lets you judge the rest of it.
