## Basal clinic fee

- Price: $29.00 per month (founding price, first 100 patients). Founding patients keep $29
  for as long as they remain patients. After the founding 100 the price is $45.00 per month.
  At either price the fee does not change with the dose, because Basal takes no markup on
  medication.
- Billed: monthly, never before a nurse practitioner has approved you.
  Never in advance. No access fee, no retainer, no joining fee.
- Includes: initial assessment, prescription where clinically appropriate, a monthly
  review while the dose is titrated, and secure messaging with the clinician.
- Stopping: any time, no notice period, no cancellation fee. You pay only for care already given.
- Does NOT include: the medication itself. Basal does not own a pharmacy, does not sell
  medication and does not ship it.
